PROVIDING QUALITY EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME AND I AM VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT THE MONTESSORI METHOD OF TEACHING. MONTESSORI IS A VERY CHILD CENTRED APPROACH, SUPPORTING CHILDREN TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL WITHIN A SPECIALLY PREPARED ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN EARLY CHILDHOOD FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, WHERE I HAVE BEEN A TEACHER, MANAGER AND REGIONAL MANAGER. ALL OF THESE ROLES HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH THE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE ONTO THE NEXT STEP IN MY CAREER AS A CENTRE OWNER. FAMILY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
